Thank you for choosing Blufury. We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible while ensuring product safety. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Cost

We offer simple and transparent shipping rates:

  • Free Shipping: FREE Standard Shipping all over India.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

To provide a reliable experience, we follow a strict processing schedule:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (IST), Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day.
  • Handling Time: 1-2 Working Days (Mon-Sat). Please note that we do not process orders on Sundays or Indian Public Holidays.
  • Transit Time: 2-5 Working Days (Estimated delivery based on your location).
  • Total Delivery Time: 3-7 Working Days from the date of order.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS containing your Tracking ID and a link to the courier partner’s website. You can track your package in real-time.

4. Shipping Coverage & Restrictions

  • We ship to most serviceable pincodes across India via trusted courier partners.
  • Delivery availability depends on courier serviceability in your area.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package up to 3 times before returning it to our warehouse (Return to Origin). Please ensure your contact number and address are correct to avoid delivery failures.

6. Inspection & Damaged Goods

We recommend customers inspect the package upon delivery. If the packaging appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact our support team immediately at support@blufury.com.

7. Delivery Attempts & Return to Origin (RTO)

Our courier partners may attempt delivery up to three times before marking the shipment as undeliverable.

A shipment may be returned to origin (RTO) in the following situations:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

  • Unreachable or incorrect contact number

  • Customer unavailable during delivery attempts

  • Delivery refused without a valid reason

If an order is returned to origin due to the above reasons, Blufury reserves the right to:

  • Re-dispatch the order upon confirmation from the customer, or

  • Applicable logistics charges may include forward and return shipping charges incurred due to failed delivery.

8. Lost or Misdelivered Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier partner during transit:

  • We will initiate a replacement at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a full refund based on customer preference.

Customers are advised to report delivery discrepancies as soon as possible by contacting our support team. We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
