At Blufury, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help. This Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through the official Blufury website. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below.
1. Return & Replacement Window
Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns & Replacement
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must:
Be unused and in the same condition as received
Be in its original packaging
- With all accessories included in the box
- With original tags (if applicable)
Include proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.
3. Replacement
We offer exchanges in the following situations:
Manufacturing Defects – If the product has a factory defect
Transit Damage – If the product was damaged during shipping
Incorrect Item Delivered – Wrong product, size, or model sent
Customer Ordering Error – Wrong size or model selected
If a replacement is not available due to stock limitations or discontinuation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Blufury does not charge any restocking fees for approved replacement requests.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Customers may initiate a return or exchange by:
Logging into their account on the Blufury website
Navigating to My Orders
Selecting the relevant order and submitting a return request
Alternatively, customers may email us at support@blufury.com to initiate a return request or to receive assistance.
Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
5. Return Shipping
If your return request is approved, Blufury will arrange a return pickup or provide a prepaid return shipping label, along with clear instructions on how and where to send the product.
Customers are not liable for return shipping charges for approved returns.
Products returned without prior return approval will not be accepted.

6. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.
Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection.
COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit, based on customer preference.
Blufury does not charge hidden processing or restocking fees for eligible refunds.
6. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once dispatched or in transit, cancellation is not possible.
Customers may still request a return after delivery, subject to this policy.
Blufury reserves the right to cancel orders due to:
Product unavailability
Pricing or listing errors
Suspected fraudulent transactions
Failed payment authorization
If an order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Customers are advised to inspect their orders upon delivery. If the product is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the order details and clear photos of the product and packaging.
After verification, if approved, we will arrange a pickup and provide a replacement.
