This Limited Warranty Policy applies to all genuine Blufury® products manufactured and distributed by:

This policy applies only to all Blufury® products purchased within India & international.
1. Scope of Warranty
Blufury warrants that its products are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use during the applicable warranty period.
This warranty:
- Applies only to genuine Blufury® products
- Is valid from the original date of purchase
- Is non-transferable
- Applies only to the original purchaser
- Is valid only within India
Warranty duration varies by product category and is mentioned on the respective product page and/or invoice.
2. Eligible Purchase Channels
Warranty applies only to products purchased through:
- Official Blufury website (www.blufury.com)
- Authorized retailers
- Authorized distributors
- Recognized online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, or other approved sellers)
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not covered.
3. Proof of Purchase (Mandatory)
To process a warranty claim, the customer must provide:
- Original purchase invoice
- Order ID or Invoice ID (if applicable)
- Name of seller (Retailer/Distributor) or platform
- Product details
Claims without valid proof of purchase may be rejected.
4. Product Acceptance
Customers must inspect products upon delivery.
Any visible manufacturing defect or damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Failure to report within this period will be treated as product acceptance in good condition. Subsequent issues will be evaluated under standard warranty terms.
5. What Is Covered
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Stitching defects (for dust covers)
- Material defects
- Structural defects due to production fault
- Component failure under normal usage
Coverage applies only when the product has been used as intended.
6. What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage not affecting functionality
- Physical damage (cuts, burns, cracks, dents, scratches)
- Liquid damage
- Damage due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Improper installation or incorrect usage
- Damage caused during customer shipping
- Unauthorized repair or modification
- Incorrect measurements provided for customized products
- Damage due to improper storage or environmental exposure
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
For customized or made-to-order products, warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and not to size or specification errors provided by the customer.
7. Warranty Claim Process
Customers must initiate claims through the original purchase source:
- Authorized Retailer → Contact retailer
- Authorized Distributor → Contact distributor
- Amazon / Flipkart → Follow marketplace policy (if within return window)

Blufury reserves the right to redirect claims to the original seller.
10. DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy
A product is considered DOA if reported within:
- Within 7 days of delivery for purchases made through the official website
- Within 7 days of delivery for purchases made through authorized retailers or distributors
- For online marketplace purchases, the DOA policy will be handled as per the respective platform’s return and replacement guidelines
Conditions:
- Product must be unused
- Original packaging and accessories must be returned
- Valid proof of purchase required
DOA claims are subject to inspection approval.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
17. Policy Updates
Blufury reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
