This policy applies only to all Blufury® products purchased within India & international.
1. Scope of Warranty
We warrant that our products are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use during the applicable warranty period.
This warranty:
- Applies only to genuine Blufury® products
- Is valid from the original date of purchase
- Is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser
The warranty duration may vary depending on the product category and will be specified on the respective product page and/or purchase invoice.
2. Eligible Purchase Channels
This warranty applies only to products purchased through the following authorized sales channels:

Authorized retailers
Authorized distributors
Recognized online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, or other approved sellers
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, resellers, or unverified sources are not eligible for warranty coverage.

3. Proof of Purchase (Mandatory)
To process a warranty claim, customers must provide valid proof of purchase, which may include:

7. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover defects, damages, or issues resulting from the following circumstances:
Normal wear and tear over time
Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product
Physical damage such as cuts, burns, cracks, dents, or scratches
Damage caused by liquid exposure
Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, improper handling, or improper installation

Damage caused by improper storage or adverse environmental conditions

For customized or made-to-order products, warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover issues related to incorrect size, measurements, or specifications provided by the customer.
8. Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, customers should contact the original purchase source through which the product was purchased:
Authorized Retailer: Contact the respective retailer from whom the product was purchased.
Authorized Distributor: Contact the distributor who supplied the product.

9. DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy
A product will be considered Dead on Arrival (DOA) if a manufacturing defect or non-functionality is reported within the following period:
Within 7 days of delivery for purchases made through the official website (www.blufury.com)
Within 7 days of delivery for purchases made through authorized retailers or distributors
For purchases made through online marketplaces (such as Amazon or Flipkart), DOA cases will be handled in accordance with the respective platform’s return and replacement policies
Conditions for DOA Claims
To qualify for a DOA claim, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be unused and in its original condition
The original packaging, accessories, and included materials must be returned
A valid proof of purchase must be provided
